A Legacy Rooted in Excellence
Our story begins long before 2010. With roots tracing back to 1932, our foundation was built on nearly a century of manufacturing excellence in Pharmaceuticals and Agrochemicals. When our chairman—a veteran entrepreneur with a proven track record of establishing successful manufacturing companies—founded Agri Sciences in 2010, it marked not a beginning, but an evolution.
From a Single Facility to a Global Network
It started with one acquired facility in Turkey. Within a year, we achieved 12 product registrations and began our expansion across OECD markets. By 2012, we invested in our WDG production line, signaling our commitment to advanced manufacturing capabilities.
But we knew that to truly serve farmers worldwide, we needed to be where they are.
In 2013, we established Agri Sciences Jordan. By 2016, we acquired Vitazad in Egypt. In 2017, we planted our flag in South America with Agri Sciences Chile. Each expansion brought us closer to the growers who depend on reliable crop solutions.
Building a Global Presence
The momentum continued. In 2018, we commercialized hybrid vegetable seeds in Egypt. Between 2020 and 2021, we established Vitazad RAKZ and acquired 46 customers across 13 LATAM countries. A joint venture in Egypt followed in 2021-2022, strengthening our regional footprint.
Then came a pivotal moment: in 2023-2024, we established Agri Sciences Biologicals B.V. in the Netherlands and Agri Sciences Biologicals LLC in the USA, positioning ourselves at the forefront of biological solutions.
Where We Stand Today
Today, Agri Sciences is a global marketing and agrochemical manufacturing company with over 200 employees serving 37+ countries across META, CIS, LATAM, Europe, Mexico, and the USA. With 9 subsidiaries and 1,146 registered products, we specialize in off-patent crop protection, special nutrition, and biological solutions.
Looking Ahead
As our USA and Europe operations gain full momentum in 2024-2025, we're preparing for what's next. Mega projects in Algeria, Vietnam, Egypt, and Jordan are on the table for 2025-2026. With 52+ SKUs under development and manufacturing facilities in Turkey, Jordan, and India, we continue to advance sustainable agricultural practices that empower farmers and increase productivity across the value chain.
